Real estate industry has evolved tremendously since I started in the business back in 1977. Starting with a 1-page purchase agreement to the 10-page form plus numerous disclosures, from a pager to a cellular phone, from near-sighted to far-sighted vision. How the world has changed! Fortunately, I have been able to keep up with the changes and demands of the real estate business and even learned to appreciate it more and more because somewhere along my career, I have learned that I am not in the real estate industry.I am in the people business. I am grateful that I have an opportunity to be involved in the real estate industry where I am able to service my customers with their real estate needs for such a long time. They have been very good to me throughout the years and have become great friends as well.
